Resumes clearing all three ATS parse checks — original file → AI rewrite
Method (14 Oct 2026, n=100): 50 fictional test resumes (English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese; 8 layouts) and 50 anonymised public resumes (Djinni dataset, MIT licence), each paired with a job ad, run through the current AI rewrite and checked against Arrie's own Workday-, Greenhouse- and Lever-style parse rules (not the vendors' software). Fictional resumes: 14% → 100%; public resumes: 0% → 16% (many lack dates or standard sections, which the rewrite does not invent). No real user resumes were used. Not a guarantee of interview outcomes.
